This one-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath Lago Vista home sleeps 6 and sits right on the first fairway of the Lago Vista Golf Course, with sunset views, frequent deer sightings, and Lake Travis a short drive away. It's a great fit for family vacations, golf trips, long weekends, and extended stays where someone needs to get work done. The space The open-concept living area is bright and comfortable, with vaulted ceilings, modern décor, and a wall of windows looking out on the fairway. There's a smart TV where you can sign in to your own streaming accounts, plus a collection of board games. The kitchen is built for gathering, with wide stone countertops, plenty of prep and serving space, a wet bar, and a drip coffee maker that takes ground coffee. Alexa smart-home features let you control the lights and blinds by voice. You'll also have a spacious laundry room, central air, Wi-Fi, and a pack-and-play for little ones. Home office The dedicated office has a desk and a monitor you can connect your laptop to for a second screen, which makes remote work easy on longer stays. Bedrooms - Primary bedroom: king bed with a private bathroom and deep soaking tub - Bedroom 2: queen bed - Bedroom 3: full-size bed - Office: full-size futon The home has two full bathrooms. Outside The large back deck overlooks the fairway and is the best seat in the house for sunsets and deer watching. It has comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, a porch swing, and a small charcoal grill. A few small steps lead from the deck down to the backyard. Community amenities Your stay includes access to the HOA amenities: - Swimming pool (seasonal, June through September) and fitness center - Private parks and hiking trails - Boat ramps and marinas - Tennis courts, disc golf, and other sports facilities - Fishing hole A country club and driving range are nearby, and lake access is a short drive away. You'll find the details on each amenity in the guidebook inside the home. Good to know - No pets allowed - The primary renter must be 25 or older - Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am - No parties or events - Free parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway, with additional street parking. The garage is not available to guests. - Keyless entry with a unique code for each guest, reset after every stay - There is a doorbell camera at the front door - The fireplace is not operational - The community pool is seasonal and is not managed by the host - Lake Travis water levels change with drought conditions, and we're not able to offer refunds for low water levels - City permit number: 21-2015-ST-OCC
