Just send a message request through your booking platform. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older) when accessing the downstairs backyard area. There are 2 retractable screens from the house to the deck. These must remain open at all times. Please note that no parties/events are allowed at the home without prior approval by the homeowner, and additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances and number of guests. Any parties or events held without prior permission, will be charged $500. The second shower takes a few minutes for the hot water to reach the shower, further to the left for hotter water, and further to the right for colder water. Turn the water further to the left and allow the warm water to reach the shower, and then adjust to preferred temperature before entering. No pets allowed.
