Just send a message request through your booking platform. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older) when accessing the downstairs backyard area. There are 2 retractable screens from the house to the deck. These must remain open at all times. Please note that no parties/events are allowed at the home without prior approval by the homeowner, and additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances and number of guests. Any parties or events held without prior permission, will be charged $500. The second shower takes a few minutes for the hot water to reach the shower, further to the left for hotter water, and further to the right for colder water. Turn the water further to the left and allow the warm water to reach the shower, and then adjust to preferred temperature before entering. Pet-Friendly Home Policy We love welcoming well-behaved dogs and are happy to offer a pet-friendly home so your four-legged family members can enjoy your vacation too. To help us keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests, we ask that you please follow these simple guidelines: * Please clean up after your pet both inside and outside the property. * Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, chairs, or other furniture. Bringing a pet blanket or bed is encouraged so they have a comfortable place to relax. * Please do not leave pets unattended in the home unless they are safely secured in a crate. * If your pet sheds excessively, we ask that you do your best to remove excess pet hair before departure. While normal pet-friendly cleaning is included, additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if extra cleaning is required due to excessive pet hair, pets on furniture, accidents inside the home, stains, odors, waste left behind, or any damage caused during your stay.
