Please note that the bathtub jets are non-operational; however, the tub is fully functional for soaking. The remaining sleeping quarters on the upper level include a second bedroom with a king bed, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a fourth bedroom with three twin beds. The home accommodates up to 8 guest. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with cookware and essentials for preparing family meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area and a living room with a gas fireplace. A private screened porch offers a shaded outdoor space for relaxation. ** Use of community facilities (indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, fitness center, and the clubhouse) is an additional flat fee of $200 for all reservations. Your unique digital entry code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time. Guests must park their primary vehicles in the private driveway. One additional vehicle may be parked in the community overflow lot located by the clubhouse. No parking is permitted on the grass or in the garage. Prohibited vehicles in the community include trailers, boats, campers, and RVs. During the peak summer months from June through August, expect significant traffic delays on DE-26 and DE-1, particularly on Friday afternoons and Sunday mornings. Bethany Beach, South Bethany, and other surrounding beach destinations are only a short drive away. Grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday essentials are also conveniently located nearby, allowing guests to easily plan beach days and outings. Parking is available at the home with a two-vehicle driveway, which is the maximum number of vehicles permitted at the property. Overflow parking is available in the community clubhouse parking lot, subject to posted rules. Guests are asked to follow all parking guidelines to ensure a smooth and respectful stay within the neighborhood.
