This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home sits on a cliff above the north shore of Lake Travis, with wide water views from the deck, the balconies, and the big living room windows. It's rustic and modern at the same time, sleeps up to 8, and has plenty of room for family and friends to spread out and slow down. The space Natural light pours through large windows into the open living area, where you can relax with the lake in view. There's a smart TV where you can sign in to your own streaming accounts, plus board games. The fully equipped kitchen has updated appliances, a drip coffee maker, and plenty of room to cook for a group, with a dining table inside and another out on the deck. You'll also have central air and a washer and dryer. Bedrooms Main level: - Bedroom 1: king bed, with a full bathroom nearby on the same level Upstairs, reached by a spiral staircase: - Bedroom 2: two queen beds, with a private bathroom and private balcony - Bedroom 3: queen bed with a private balcony - Bedroom 4: two twin beds and two Murphy beds Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full bathroom. Outside The large deck has an outdoor dining table and a gas grill, and it's a great place to watch the sunset over the lake. The home sits cliffside, so the views are wide open, but there is no lake access from the property. Nearby Golf courses, ziplining, and plenty of outdoor activities around Lake Travis are a short drive away. Good to know - Maximum of 8 guests - There is no lake access from the property - The three upstairs bedrooms are reached only by a spiral staircase.
