It occupies one of the more desirable stretches of beach on the island, roughly in the center-north portion of Holmes Beach. The complex itself is a low-rise, U-shaped condominium building with direct beach access and Gulf views from many units. It sits directly on the white-sand beach, with a heated pool and landscaped courtyard between the building and the Gulf. Location Advantages Direct Gulf-front setting — walk from the building onto the beach without crossing any roads. Central Holmes Beach location — convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and the free island trolley.
