Montego Bay home in north Ocean City. ADA-compliant home has parking for two vehicles with a ramp that leads to the front door for guests with limited mobility complete with an open and updated kitchen plus access to several resort amenities including two swimming pools, tennis courts, a nine-hole mini golf course, shuffleboard, and three bayside piers for fishing and crabbing. Take a short stroll over to Northside City Park, a 58-acre community park with baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a playground, and paved walking paths. Or head to one of the nearby dune crossings and enjoy a day of swimming and sunbathing on pristine, sandy beaches, all less than a mile from your front door. Step through the front door into a wide open living, dining and kitchen space. An island/breakfast bar in the kitchen offers additional seating with two counter stools. There are three bedrooms in this home. The master suite has a cozy, king-size bed and en suite full bath with dual-sink vanity and shower. The first guest room has a twin-over-double bunk bed, while the third room has a single bed and an attached full bath with a shower/tub combo as well as a separate shower for disability access. Maximum occupancy of the home is 6 guests and WiFi is included to let you get online and share updates with friends and family back home, and when the weather isn't cooperating or you just want to relax inside, there's a cable TV with a DVD player and media library in the living room. The Montego Bay Community also offers a bayfront boardwalk with three piers for fishing and crabbing. And if you're looking for shopping and dining options, there are several nearby up and down Coastal Highway. Note: The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
