This Graysill condo is a welcoming three-bedroom, two-bath retreat designed with families and groups in mind. The open living area offers a cozy sectional, gas fireplace, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for gathering after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring downtown Telluride. Large windows and private decks flood the space with natural light and frame sweeping views of the box canyon and ski hill. The primary suite features a king bed, an additional double bed(futon), and its own fireplace for extra comfort. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third has two twins, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Thoughtful mountain décor and a relaxed, comfortable layout make this condo feel like home. Guests also enjoy access to shared amenities including a year-round hot tub, on-site laundry, and free parking for one vehicle. You will also have access to a washer and dryer that is included inside the home for added convenience. You will have ski locker access that is available exclusively to this unit and is located in the parking garage. With its blend of convenience, comfort, and mountain charm, this home provides an authentic Telluride experience. Additional Information: Early check-in (between 1:00–3:00 PM), if available, is $100. Late check-out (up to 12:00 PM, depending on availability) is also $100. We will send a request for payment through the online travel agency. Access: Located on the west end of town, just a short walk to lifts, gondola, shops, and dining. Permit: Licensed short-term rental with Telluride Permit #443. Seasonal Note: During Spring and Fall off-seasons, the Gondola will be closed during this time and some local restaurants and shops may close temporarily—but this also means quieter streets, open trails, and the best rates of the year.

Graysill 105 is located on Telluride’s west end, one of the most desirable spots in town. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, yet just steps from Lift 7 for easy ski access in winter and direct entry to hiking and biking trails in summer. Within a short walk, you’ll find Main Street’s restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique stores, as well as Elks Park, the Sheridan Opera House, and Telluride’s year-round festivals. The free gondola to Mountain Village is only a few blocks away, offering a scenic ride to more dining, shopping, and events. Guests also enjoy the convenience of the free Galloping Goose shuttle, which loops through town. Safe, walkable, and family-friendly, this neighborhood combines small-town charm with unmatched access to everything Telluride has to offer.

Getting around

Telluride is a walkable mountain town, and from Graysill 105 most everything is just a short stroll away. Including ski lifts, restaurants, shops, and the free gondola. Guests without a car can rely on the Galloping Goose shuttle, a free bus that loops through town all day and evening. For those driving, the condo includes one free parking space on-site. With walkability, free local transit, and easy gondola access, getting around couldn’t be simpler.
