This Graysill condo is a welcoming three-bedroom, two-bath retreat designed with families and groups in mind. The open living area offers a cozy sectional, gas fireplace, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for gathering after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring downtown Telluride. Large windows and private decks flood the space with natural light and frame sweeping views of the box canyon and ski hill. The primary suite features a king bed, an additional double bed(futon), and its own fireplace for extra comfort. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third has two twins, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Thoughtful mountain décor and a relaxed, comfortable layout make this condo feel like home. Guests also enjoy access to shared amenities including a year-round hot tub, on-site laundry, and free parking for one vehicle. You will also have access to a washer and dryer that is included inside the home for added convenience. You will have ski locker access that is available exclusively to this unit and is located in the parking garage. With its blend of convenience, comfort, and mountain charm, this home provides an authentic Telluride experience. Additional Information: Early check-in (between 1:00–3:00 PM), if available, is $100. Late check-out (up to 12:00 PM, depending on availability) is also $100. We will send a request for payment through the online travel agency. Most Telluride homes do not have AC. This home does provide two portable AC units if needed for your comfort. Weather/ski resort: While we want you to have the best experience possible, please understand that weather conditions and resort availability are outside our control. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for weather-related issues or ski resort closures. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect their trip. Our cancellation and refund policies apply in all circumstances, and we are unable to offer refunds for events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, illness, flight delays or cancellations, road closures, or personal emergencies. Travel insurance can help cover these unforeseen situations and provide peace of mind. Parking: Free parking for one vehicle (covered); additional parking is very limited nearby. ⚠️ Festival Notice:During major festivals and events, heavy network congestion can cause slower Wi-Fi and spotty cell service in Telluride, especially during peak hours. Unique Layout: The primary suite includes both a king and a futon double bed—an uncommon but convenient setup for families with children. Access: Located on the west end of town, just a short walk to lifts, gondola, shops, and dining. Permit: Licensed short-term rental with Telluride Permit #443. Seasonal Note: During Spring and Fall off-seasons, the Gondola will be closed during this time and some local restaurants and shops may close temporarily—but this also means quieter streets, open trails, and the best rates of the year.
