You're in South Phoenix near Baseline Road, one of the Valley's most central spots for getting around. Drive times are approximate: South Mountain Park and Preserve trailheads: about 5 to 10 minutes Arizona Grand Resort and Golf Course: about 5 to 10 minutes Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX): about 15 minutes Tempe, ASU and Mill Avenue: about 15 minutes Downtown Phoenix, Footprint Center and Chase Field: about 20 minutes Ahwatukee and Chandler: about 15 to 20 minutes

Getting around

Parking: Right side of driveway ONLY, and also street parking. Once Parked: Go to the right side of the house, you will see door with welcome mat. By car (recommended): Phoenix is spread out, so a car is the easiest way to explore. You're close to I-10 and Loop 202, so Sky Harbor, Tempe, downtown and Ahwatukee are all a quick drive away. Parking: Free parking for one vehicle in the driveway of the main home (right side only). Free street parking is also available out front. Please don't block the sidewalk or the neighbors' driveways. Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are easy to get here, and the ride from Sky Harbor usually takes about 15 minutes. Tell your driver to drop you at the front of the house, then walk through the side gate to the casita. Public transit: Valley Metro buses run along Baseline Road, including Route 77, and connect to light rail in Tempe and downtown Phoenix. Check the Valley Metro app for current stops and schedules. Walking and biking: The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Most restaurants and shops are a short drive away rather than a walk. Cyclists and hikers can ride to the South Mountain trailheads nearby. In summer, go early in the morning and bring plenty of water.
