This cozy 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom Brooktree Vail condo offers stunning south-facing Vail mountain views that can be enjoyed from your private balcony, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery. Inside, the living area is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture, a fireplace, and a smart TV with cable, balcony, creating a warm and inviting space to unwind after a day on the mountain. The adjoining dining area with a table for six is ideal for family meals or cozy game nights. The full kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, so you can easily prepare delicious meals and snacks. Guest consumable items are provided for a convenient, comfortable stay including spa shower products, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, etc. Bedroom 1: 1 King Bedroom 2: 1 Queen, 2 Twins For added convenience, there is a stackable washer and dryer in the main living area. There is free parking, a QR code will be sent prior to arrival to register your parking pass for your stay. There is a bus stop about 50 yards down the street on Vail View Drive - very convenient for easy access (complimentary shuttle) to Vail Village and surrounding areas! Hiking and biking trails nearby - walkable from condo. Notes: --The condo allows well behaved dogs and responsible pet owners (for an added pet fee). -There are stairs to enter the condo and there is no elevator access. -Parking is available for guests with a garage as well exterior parking, parking app/QR code registration is required. -Although the condo does not have air conditioning, the cool mountain nights will ensure a pleasant atmosphere for a restful sleep. There are fans available in each room. Recommended to open windows at night and shades down during the day. -Upon booking, you will receive an invitation to the guest portal along with reservation confirmation. Access instructions will be texted to you the day of arrival. -The condo does include complimentary guest supplies & amenities for your reservation including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dishwasher detergent, soap/shampoos/conditioner, sponge, & trash bags. There is a local grocery store nearby should you wish to purchase any additional items for your stay. -4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle is highly recommended in the Rocky Mountains, especially in the winter months and often required with traction laws during snow storms. - Message with any questions about the property, seasonal access, extended stay and/or offer inquiries, and/or local recommendations. Nearby activities range from skiing on Vail Mountain in winter to exploring the Colorado Ski & Snowboard Museum, Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, Ford Amphitheater, Adventure Ridge with family-friendly fun, and various golf courses set against alpine backdrops. The area also features convenient grocery options, a variety of restaurants—from casual eateries to fine dining—après-ski venues, public transportation, and reliable year-round access to outdoor adventures.

Getting around

Just steps to the Town of Vail shuttle is available daily that will take you directly into Vail Village and surrounding areas. The bus stops every 30 minutes and schedule can be found on the Town of Vail transportation website. 2 hours from the Denver International (DIA) airport by car or shuttle, and 30 minutes to the Eagle Vail (EGE) airport to the west. There is free parking for 1 vehicle at the Brooktree complex for this condo, with additional guest parking available on a first-come, first service basis.
