A Note About Nature: Although Lake Chelan is a busy little town, its still a rural areaand being by the lake means you will encounter bugs and even bats. Gnats, box elder bugs, and other small visitors are common, especially near the water. Our housekeeping and maintenance team does a great job keeping spaces clean, but bugs can happen. We also have bats in the area, and while they may seem surprising, they are harmless and actually help keep the bug population down! You may see bats out and about in the evenings, especially during warm summer nights. If you happen to come across a bat napping in an unexpected place, please let our staff know, and we will safely remove it for you. Its important to keep doors closed as much as possible, especially when bringing in groceries or luggage, as even a few minutes with the door open can let bugs sneak inside. We also recommend bringing bug spray so you can comfortably enjoy every moment outside.
