Details Matter: - The kitchen has all the equipment you need to prepare a delicious meal including a full set of spices! - Want to hike or picnic? No problem! Guests have access to a backpack-cooler and two sets of hiking poles so you don't have to pack those bulky items. - Need a day of rest? Games for all ages available including cornhole on the deck! - Reverse osmosis system provides clean water to keep you hydrated for all of your adventures as well as instant hot water for endless hot tea and hot drinks on demand. - Large booth with epic mountain views invites time together chatting, eating and playing games. - Solid walnut butcher-block countertops throughout offer a warm and inviting living experience. Green Energy: Solar panels with a full battery system work with the power grid to ensure continuous comfort. Enjoy your stay knowing you are minimizing your environmental impact on the area. Curious about how much solar power was generated or how much you consumed during any given day? Just ask your host! Most sunny days the home operates fully "off the grid". Additional Info: - Occasionally, the homeowners or maintenance staff will need to access and be inside the property’s basement/garage. It is not common but at times the homeowners may be staying on property in a private living space in the basement while the home is rented. Rest assured, this area has a separate entrance with separate parking, all virtually out of view. A locked door separates this private basement level from the house above. - This single-story home requires 3 steps for entry. - Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is a doorbell camera on the front door facing the exterior entry, camera 2 is on the front of the house facing the driveway, and camera 3 is at the bottom of the driveway facing the basement/garage doors. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. - Pets are not allowed; however, individuals with allergies should be aware that the owners do have a cat when they stay in the home. - Smoking of any kind is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, vapes, cigars, pipes, etc. - No commercial business may be operated from the property (including but not limited to photo shoots, sales parties, promotional gatherings, etc). - As the property has not been childproofed, guests are encouraged to take extra care if your party includes children. - While the gas grill (Blackstone griddle) is provided for guests to use, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank as needed.

About the neighborhood
Despite the recent (2024) construction of the house, the neighborhood is older, established, and very centrally-located. The owners wanted to be on the city's ridge which provides an awesome blend of city lights and mountain views. This does, however, expose the outside of the house (e.g. deck) to highway noise since I-15 is within view. Due to modern sealing and insulation, it's very quiet inside the house.

Getting around
There are two parking spots in the driveway with overflow on-street parking available on the other side of the street along the concrete wall. Please never block the neighbor's driveways.
