The home is in a peaceful, residential pocket of the Washington Virginia Vale neighborhood, near the Fairmont Cemetery. The neighborhood is quiet with tree lined streets, with a secluded feel while still being conveniently located near grocery stores, eateries, and leisure activities. Nearby grocery stores include King Soopers, Natural Grocers, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods. Plenty of dining options like True Food Kitchen, Postino, and Zaidy’s Deli are a short trek or drive away. Walking distance to half a dozen orthodox synagogues. If you’re looking for a way to spend the evening, there are a couple parks nearby and a bowling alley.
