The space With 1,547 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, Spotted Owl offers a comfortable, inviting layout for your group. The home has been thoughtfully designed with beautiful finishes throughout, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas fireplace that's easily controlled with a wall switch. The living room's LED lighting adds a warm, relaxing ambiance in the evenings, while central air-conditioning and heat help keep you comfortable year-round. A brand-new RO water filtration system was installed in 2021. Step outside and enjoy the best of mountain living. The gated and fenced front deck is a lovely spot for morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, or simply taking in the sights and sounds of the surrounding forest. Getting around
4 WD or AWD is recommended to navigate the road, especially in winter months. While the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, the road leading to the cabin has been damaged from the South Fork fire and subsequent floods. Extreme caution is advised, and arriving after dark is not recommended. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is on a gravel driveway. The road leading to the cabin is mostly level.
