Getting around
Our 1/4 mile driveway is a narrow, jeep-style road that follows the mountain down to the cabin. For the best experience, we recommend vehicles with higher ground clearance. A personal vehicle is required to get around the area, as public transportation and rideshare services are very limited. The cabin is accessed by paved and well-maintained rural roads, though the final stretch is scenic and winding through the mountains. - Downtown Ozark: approximately 20–25 minutes - Turner Bend (popular Mulberry River access point): about 10 miles - Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants: within a short drive The driveway and carport provide convenient parking for standard vehicles, trucks, trailers, motorcycles, and off-road rigs, making the cabin especially well-suited for river trips, adventure travelers, Trans-America Trail and Ozark BDR-X guests.
