On the main level, you'll find the well-stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. The large sunny deck extends the living space outdoors and is a great spot to start the day with a cup of coffee, spend some time in the fresh coastal air, or fire up the BBQ for an easy dinner at home. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the other has two twin beds, giving everyone a comfortable place to settle in at the end of the day. The home's layout makes it easy for everyone to have their own space while still providing welcoming common areas for gathering, relaxing, and sharing meals. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you'll need to prepare meals during your stay, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or putting together dinner after a full day exploring the coast. When you'd rather keep things simple, the BBQ grill makes outdoor cooking another easy option. You'll also have complimentary WiFi throughout your stay, so you can stay connected when needed while still enjoying a proper Pacific City getaway. A Pack 'n Play is available for families traveling with little ones, adding a bit of convenience for those who need it. The Shell Shack is located in a quiet residential neighborhood where you'll be able to enjoy a more relaxed setting while remaining close to the things that bring people to Pacific City. The beach, river, restaurants, and local attractions are all within easy reach, and the home is less than a mile from the ocean. Depending on where you're headed, you can leave the car at home and enjoy a walk through the neighborhood or hop in the car when you're ready to explore farther. Parking is available for a maximum of two cars at the property. Trailers and RVs are not permitted, and if you need additional parking, please ask in advance so we can help determine what options may be available. The Shell Shack is a no-pets property. Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book. Occupancy rules apply, and a rental agreement will be sent after booking confirmation. Convenient lockbox entry makes arrival simple, and exterior surveillance is present on the property for security.
