Bedroom 2: Perfect for families or groups, this room includes one queen size bed, and has a walk-out balcony access. An additional pullout sofa bed in the living area accommodates 2 more guests, making this condo ideal for larger gatherings. Notes: -There are stairs to enter the condo and there is no elevator access. -Parking is available for guests up to 2 cars, parking passes in the condo for use during stay. -Although the home does not have air conditioning, the cool mountain nights will ensure a pleasant atmosphere for a restful sleep. There are fans available in each room. Recommended to open windows at night and shades down during the day. -Upon booking, you will receive an invitation to the guest portal along with reservation confirmation. Access instructions will be texted to you the day of arrival. -The home includes complimentary guest supplies & amenities for your reservation including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dishwasher detergent, soap/shampoos/conditioner, sponge, & trash bags. About the neighborhood

SunRiver Condominiums in Eagle-Vail is located directly on the Eagle River, surrounded by the wonderful Colorado mountains on all sides. The property boasts a year-round hot tub and seasonal pool overlooking the Eagle River. Just minutes from some of the world's best hiking, skiing, rafting, snowshoeing, golfing, fishing, shopping, dining and much more. The condo complex is convenietly located directly behind the bus stop that can take you to the Lionshead and Vail Transportation Centers in 20 minutes and the Beaver Creek park and ride in 5 minutes. All of the great amenities of Avon are easily accessed by the bus as well. Importantly, our condo is in building E, which is on the river side of the complex and has zero road/bus noise while still enjoying the convenience of the bus stop. Eagle-Vail has a top rated golf course, incredible hiking and bike trails, parks, pickleball and tennis courts, and an additional public pool with waterslide. It is also a five minute drive/bus ride to Nottingham Lake, the Avon Rec Center, Avon Station, Walmart, and tons of shops restaurants, and grocery stores. Eagle-Vail is truly a gem and offers year round fun, relaxation, beauty, and convenience right in the Vail Valley.

Getting around

There is a free Core Transit shuttle bus stop right in front of the complex that will take you East to the Lionshead and Vail Transportation Centers for easy access to Vail. The shuttle bus also goes West to Avon and Beaver Creek Elk parking lot for easy ski access to Beaver Creek.
