The condo is two levels with stair access to the upper level, which has two bedrooms and the washer/dryer. -Parking is available for guests in the outdoor parking lots. -Upon booking, you will receive an invitation to the guest portal along with reservation confirmation. Access instructions will be texted to you the day of arrival. -The condo does include complimentary guest supplies & amenities for your reservation including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dishwasher detergent, soap/shampoos/conditioner, sponge, & trash bags. Guests are just minutes from Beaver Creek Resort and a short drive from Vail, offering world-class skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation. The area is surrounded by breathtaking Rocky Mountain scenery and provides easy access to local favorites such as Nottingham Park, the Eagle River, Walking Mountains Science Center, and the Vilar Performing Arts Center. Avon also features a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and outdoor gathering spaces, making it an ideal base for both adventure seekers and those looking for a relaxing mountain getaway. The Ascent complex has resort amenities available to guests including: heated garage, ski storage, lounge, game room, fitness center, pool and hot tub, shuttle to take you to Beaver Creek Village (download app to schedule)

Getting around

Getting around Avon and the surrounding Vail Valley is convenient and visitor-friendly. The area offers free and low-cost public transportation (but you can walk to Avon and take a free shuttle up to Beaver Creek Village) , including seasonal ski shuttles and regional bus service connecting Avon, Beaver Creek, Edwards, Minturn, and Vail. Guests can easily access ski resorts, shopping, dining, and outdoor attractions without needing to drive. 2 hours from the Denver International (DIA) airport by car or shuttle, and 30 minutes to the Eagle Vail (EGE) airport to the west. Note: Rideshare services are very rare and unpredictable - do not rely on them. Town shuttles make it easy to get a ride though!
