Climate Control: The home is built into the hillside, which helps it maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. The house is thoughtfully oriented with a south-facing sunroom—allowing winter sunlight to warm the home naturally, while the higher summer sun angle prevents direct heat gain, keeping the space cooler. Getting around
Parking & Transportation
One of the standout features of this property is the expansive parking capacity, which is rare for hilltop homes in this area. Whether you are bringing a fleet of vehicles or adventure "toys," we have the space.
The Driveway: Ample room for up to 9 vehicles.
Covered Parking: One dedicated covered spot is available to keep your vehicle out of the high-desert sun or winter frost.
RVs & Trailers: Bringing a camper or a trailer with ATVs? There is plenty of designated space on-site to park and maneuver.
Street Parking: Additional free street parking is available if needed, though with our large driveway, you likely won't need it!
Navigating the Neighborhood
To reach our "high-point" sanctuary, you will travel along a peaceful, maintained dirt road. This is what ensures our quiet atmosphere and keeps the traffic to a minimum.
Vehicle Recommendations: While the road is accessible by standard vehicles, we recommend a car with decent clearance to navigate the dirt road comfortably. In the winter months, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly encouraged if snow is in the forecast.
Getting Around: A car is essential for exploring the area. We are tucked away for privacy, but civilization is just a short drive away:
20 Minutes: Local grocery stores and basic amenities in Prescott Valley.
25 Minutes: The historic charm of Downtown Prescott.
The "Highest Property" Perk: Because we are one of the two highest homes in the neighborhood, please note the final road approach involves an incline to a flat property—the reward is the best view in the valley!
