You’ll be staying in a peaceful, residential pocket of Menomonie that offers the best of both worlds. We are located just a few blocks east of the University of Wisconsin-Stout campus, making this an ideal home base for visiting parents, alumni, or university events. Despite being close to the action, the street maintains a quiet, neighborhood feel. You are minutes away from the vibrant historic downtown, home to the stunning Mabel Tainter Center for the Arts, local breweries like Brewery Nønic, and unique shops.Unit is in a duplex. There is a quiet tenant in the smaller unit. Off street parking area is shared with upstairs tenant.

Getting around
This location is very walkable! You can easily walk to the UW-Stout sports centers and campus buildings in under 10 minutes. Historic Downtown Menomonie is about a 15-20 minute walk or a very quick 3-minute drive. For outdoor enthusiasts, the famous Red Cedar State Trail is easily accessible by bike. If you are flying in, we are about an hour from MSP Airport (shuttle services like Green Fleet are available). Street parking is generally available, and navigating Menomonie from here is stress-free.
