The layout includes a private king bed in the first bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two queen beds in the third bedroom to comfortably sleep up to eight guests. Essential Clubhouse and Property Rules To ensure a seamless stay, please keep these important community guidelines in mind: -Important Seasonal Closures: The community clubhouse (including the two pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and sauna) is closed for annual maintenance from the day after Labor Day until Thanksgiving. -Summer Comfort: Like many traditional mountain homes in Park City, this unit does NOT have air conditioning for summer rentals. -Pool Access: A physical pool pass (provided in the unit) is strictly required for entry. The maximum clubhouse limit is 10 guests per unit. Please bring towels from the townhouse. -Clubhouse Rules: Absolutely NO glass, NO alcohol, and NO smoking/vaping allowed in the recreation areas. Children must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times.
