Spend your day lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun on the beach, or checking out the nearby shops and restaurants. In the evening, unwind as the moonlight shimmers over the water—it’s the perfect end to a coastal day. You’re just a short drive to Wilmington for a visit to the USS North Carolina or UNC-Wilmington, and about the same distance the other way to Jacksonville and Camp Lejeune. The Space Relax and make yourself at home! The view is incredible, and everything you need for a carefree beach stay is right here. Guest Access You’ll have the entire condo to yourself (just one locked owner’s closet upstairs). Other Things to Note - Small gym and laundry in back building - Picnic and grilling area for easy outdoor meals by the back building - Locked storage under the building with beach gear for guests to use - For stays under 7 nights, please bring your own linens (linen service available for a fee or use a local linen company) - The living room TV has cable only—please don’t change the settings or plug in other devices - Currently the laundry room is under repair -Please use walkways in the courtyard when going to the beach or pool.
