About the neighborhood
Sunriver is a planned residential & resort community of about 3,300 acres, located roughly 15 miles south of Bend, on the eastern side of the Deschutes River.
It’s situated at the base of the Cascade Range and is flanked by the Deschutes National Forest on the north, east and west in many parts.
The elevation is about 4,170 feet above sea level.
There are approximately 4,000+ privately‑owned residences (homes, condos, cabins) within the community.
The look and feel: forested, high‑desert, resort‐community meets neighborhood. Ponderosa and lodgepole pines, natural landscaping that tries to remain in harmony with the environment.
Strong emphasis on outdoor recreation: extensive paved bike/pedestrian paths (35+ miles) throughout the community.

Getting around
Detailed driving directions from Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) to 57862 Silver Fir Circle #21, Sunriver, OR 97707.
Directions:
Depart the airport: Exit RDM and merge onto US‑97 South headed toward Bend.
Continue on US‑97 South through Bend.
Stay on US‑97 as you leave Bend and travel about 15 miles further to reach the Sunriver exit (#153).
Take Exit 153 (S. Century Drive) toward Sunriver.
At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit to continue on S. Century Dr.
At the stop light, turn left onto Venture Ln.
Immediately after, turn left again to stay on Venture Ln.
Turn left onto Enterprise Dr. (just past the Shell gas station) as per the general Sunriver directions.
From Enterprise Dr., navigate to Silver Fir Circle:
Continue into the residential area of Sunriver.
Look for signs or navigation heading toward Silver Fir Circle.
Once you're on Silver Fir Circle, locate house number 57862, unit #21 at the Eaglewood Condo community.
