Getting around

Getting Around: A car is the easiest way to reach the Lake George Village Area's beaches, marinas, hiking trails, grocery stores, nearby ski destinations and many other attractions. Lake George Village is easy to explore on foot. A seasonal trolley also connects the village with destinations including the outlets, Six Flags Great Escape, Glens Falls, and Bolton Landing; service is most frequent during the summer season, so guests should check the current schedule before traveling. Parking: Public parking and metered spaces are available around the village, although availability and fees can vary by location and season.
