About the neighborhood
West Yarmouth is a relaxed, family-friendly coastal village along Nantucket Sound. It offers calm, warm beaches, both public and private, and a blend of suburban charm with seasonal vibrancy. You’ll find plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, mini-golf, and museums. The community is welcoming, and the area’s natural beauty—especially at sunrise and sunset—makes it a favorite summer destination.
The neighborhood is very walkable for a leisurely stroll to the private or public beach with a swing set or for a run after a day lying on the beach.
Englewood Shores HOA Beach is located 8 houses away from the property, at the end of Pine Cone Avenue. The entrance path is marked with an Englewood Shores Beach Association / Members Only sign, and the beach is delineated by fencing to the right and left of the entrance path.
