Savannah Beach, Henlopen State Park, Rehoboth Beach are nearby. Enjoy all of Lewes' restaurants, coffeehouses, and shopping without having to worry about parking. The home has spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a new outdoor grill, and an outdoor shower for rinsing the beach sand. The expansive front porch is perfect for sitting and drinking coffee as you plan your perfect coastal Delaware day. This home sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. Things to Know: * Guests must be 25 or older to rent this home. * No smoking or vaping of any kind. * During summer months we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. * Guests must climb stairs. * Street parking only - for up to 2 vehicles. * Linens and bath towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels *Unit A is the front unit of the duplex and has exclusive access to the front porch and front side area for grilling. Access to the back unit and back yard is reserved for Unit B.
