Guests can comfortably access the pools, courts, playgrounds, and fishing areas within the neighborhood without needing to drive. For beach days and dining outings, a vehicle is recommended. Fenwick Island beaches, grocery stores, golf courses, marinas, and restaurants are just a short drive away. The community offers designated parking for residents and guests, with additional guest spaces available throughout the neighborhood. All vehicles must comply with HOA parking regulations, including proper use of marked spaces and required parking permits for a second vehicle. Mobile homes, campers, RVs, boats, jet skis, boat/jet ski trailers and commercial trucks are not permitted are not allowed per community guidelines.
