About the neighborhood

Located at the end of road along the banks of the Rio Grande river this property is surrounded by nature on all sides and deer, eagle, beaver, hummingbird and occasional black bear sightings are highlights to be expected. Right outside the front porch are Gold Medal fishing waters where trophy brown trout and rainbows are abundant. A quick 5 minute drive into the town of South Fork gives you access to amenities including grocery store, fishing, skiing and rafting outfitters, and the famous Rio Grande Country club for golf and great dinners.

Getting around

Plenty of room to park with a dedicated gravel side lot that can accommodate trailers, RV's, UTV's and multiple cars and trucks. The road is maintained year round and offers quick and direct access to BLM and National Forest trails that can take you everywhere.
