You’ll likely see wildlife, hear little more than the wind, and genuinely feel like you’ve gotten away from it all—while still being about 15 minutes from downtown Philipsburg and within easy driving distance of Georgetown Lake and Discovery Ski Area. **Important Ranch & Property Rules** This is a private, working ranch, and protecting the property, livestock, wildlife, and peaceful nature of the ranch is extremely important to the owner. * **No events, parties, weddings, receptions, reunions, or other gatherings are permitted.** * **A maximum of 12 people may be on the property at any time.** This includes both registered overnight guests and daytime visitors. Please do not invite additional visitors to the ranch if doing so would bring the total number of people on the property above 12. * **No more than 4 vehicles are permitted at the property at any time.** * Please respect all ranch areas, gates, equipment, animals, and any areas designated as private or off-limits. Additional things to know: * Telescope available for stargazing—the skies out here are incredible * On-site caretaker available if needed * Exterior security cameras * Driveway parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles * Seasonal hot tub, approximately June through October, weather permitting Service animals are welcome.
