Inside, you'll find modern comforts with classic cabin charm. The spacious layout includes updated bathrooms, new appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large upstairs family room with panoramic lake views. Cozy up by the electric fireplace, stream music with Bluetooth speakers, or fire up the grill for a lakeside BBQ on the wrap-around deck. After a day of exploring or lounging by the water, toss your wet clothes into the washer/dryer and unwind as the sunset reflects off the lake and the moon rises before your eyes. Things to Know: - Lifejackets provided and required on the lake - No pets allowed - 4WD or traction may be needed in winter - Free parking for 3 vehicles - Guests must be 25+ to book - Parking is available above the cabin, which requires a walk down several flights of stairs or path to the front door. The drive to downtown Coeur d'Alene takes about 15 minutes and offers scenic views along the way. The access road (driveway) to this property is a short gravel road, shared with 4 neighboring properties, Please be kind, drive slowly and follow parking guidelines to avoid blocking access to neighboring properties The shared gravel road is suitable for cars, SUVs, or average sized trucks. The property provides free parking on this gravel access road above the property, for up to 3 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a average sized single axle boat trailer. This is a Lake Cabin, located down at Lake level, tucked into a hillside in a wooded area. This means guests must walk about 10 yds down a fairly steep gravel 'path' to a set of 8 stairs to the door. This could present a challenge for elderly or disabled guests. Please be aware: Although you will also see a very steep gravel driveway from the shared access road/parking area, down to the level of the Cabin door, it is NOT recommended for parking or Cabin access by 2 wheel drive vehicles. This steep access driveway is suitable only for experienced drivers of 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles. Guests who attempt to drive a vehicle on this steep driveway do so at their own risk. EV charging is not available at this location.
