Inside, the home is freshly updated with coastal-chic décor, elegant furnishings, and modern touches throughout — from quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances to luxurious glass-enclosed rain showers. The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering, cooking, or simply unwinding after a day in the sun. Step across the street to take a dip in one of two resort-style community pools or squeeze in a workout at the clubhouse gym. Stroll the scenic walking paths, tee off at the golf course, or hop on a bike for a quick ride into Old Town.
