The Space
Perched atop Sugar Mountain, this comfy condo offers stunning views of Grandfather Mountain—especially at sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes both a Cuisinart coffee maker and a Keurig. Two-night minimum stay.

Good to Know
- In snowy or icy conditions, 4WD or snow chains may be required. Watch the light at the base of the mountain—red means chains or AWD needed.
- No A/C needed here! The elevation keeps things naturally cool.
- During busy times, overflow parking is available with a free shuttle. You can still unload and load right at the resort entrance.
- TVs are set up for cable only—please don’t adjust the HDMI settings (a $50 fee applies if reset is needed).

Getting around
By Car: The condo is at 303 Sugar Top Dr Unit 2502, Sugar Mountain, NC 28604. Expect winding mountain roads and changing weather—part of the adventure!
Winter Tip: When snow or ice hits, you may need all-wheel drive or snow chains. The light at the bottom of the mountain indicates when they’re required.
On-Site: You can park and unload at the resort entrance. If parking fills up, overflow parking is available with a shuttle that runs on demand.
Nearby: A short drive takes you to Banner Elk for restaurants, shops, and local events. Public transportation is limited, so a car is recommended for getting around the area.
