Cool mountain evenings and fresh alpine air typically provide comfortable temperatures by simply opening the windows. This home is located in a secluded mountain setting where wildlife including deer, elk, foxes, bears, birds, and other native species are commonly seen. Please observe wildlife from a safe distance and secure all food and trash. Mountain weather can change rapidly throughout the year, and AWD or 4WD vehicles with appropriate tires are strongly recommended during winter months. Snow, ice, and road conditions can change quickly. Occasional power, internet, or cellular service interruptions may occur due to weather or rural mountain infrastructure and are outside of our control. At nearly 7,900 feet in elevation, guests are encouraged to stay hydrated, limit alcohol consumption on arrival day, and allow time to acclimate to the altitude. The indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna are provided for your enjoyment. Children should always be supervised, and all amenities are used at guests' own risk. As with any mountain destination, seasonal insects, pine pollen, dust, and natural elements are part of the authentic Colorado experience.
