With its thoughtful design, artistic touches, and riverfront views, this villa invites you to unwind and reconnect in a one-of-a-kind Colorado setting. Please note: This home is full of charm, styled in an eclectic Southwestern aesthetic with plenty of character. As an older property, it offers a unique and authentic feel rather than a modern, uniform design. Guests seeking privacy and direct river access will find this home to be an excellent choice and a truly special place to unwind. We work hard to keep this home affordable and accessible so more guests can enjoy our beautiful area. As a well-loved and frequently visited home, none of the furnishings or amenities are brand new, but everything is maintained to provide a comfortable and practical stay. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to relax and explore the region, this home is a great fit. When we describe it as older or well loved or well traveled, we simply mean the property shows normal wear from years of use and many furnishings and finishes have seen better days. Propane for the Grill The home is not stocked with propane refills.
