Things to Know Before You Book:
• You will be required to acknowledge and sign a 'Rules and Regulations' form, required by the HOA, within 48 hours of booking. Please send a message to request the forms.
• 7-night stay required: This home rents Saturday to Saturday year-round, with Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out only.
• Community facilities fee: A $125 facilities fee applies.
• Parking: Parking is available for 2 vehicles: 1 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Street parking is not permitted. Overflow parking is available at the end of the townhome row, to the right of the home near the basketball and pickleball courts.
• Garage access: The garage is accessible from inside the home only.
• Trash: Please take all trash to the white fence enclosed community dumpster, located next the mailboxes and dog park.
• Keys and amenity cards: Please leave all keys and amenity access cards inside the home at checkout. A $250 replacement fee applies for missing items.

Within Bishops Landing, guests can walk to community amenities, pools, and recreational areas (subject to HOA access rules). Overflow parking is available within the community for one additional vehicle beyond the driveway space.
Rideshare services may be available in the area, though availability can vary by season.
Seasonal Note: Route 26 can be busy on summer weekends—traveling outside the peak Saturday turnover window (10:00 AM–4:00 PM) is recommended.
