Buena Vista Mountain Retreat | Hot Tub + 1 Mile to Main St
We work hard to keep this home affordable and accessible so more guests can enjoy our beautiful area. As a well-loved and frequently visited home, none of the furnishings or amenities are brand new, but everything is maintained to provide a comfortable and practical stay. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to relax and explore the region, this home is a great fit. When we describe it as older or well loved or well traveled, we simply mean the property shows normal wear from years of use and many furnishings and finishes have seen better days.
Wake up to panoramic mountain views and unwind beneath the stars in your private hot tub at this welcoming Buena Vista retreat. Located just one mile from historic Main Street, this single-level 3-bedroom home combines easy access to downtown with the outdoor adventures that make the Arkansas Valley one of Colorado's most sought-after destinations.
Whether you're rafting the Arkansas River, hiking the Collegiate Peaks, soaking in nearby hot springs, or gathering with family and friends, this comfortable mountain getaway is the perfect home base.
As an older property, it offers a unique and authentic feel rather than a modern, uniform design.

Propane for the Grill
The home is not stocked with propane refills. If the propane tank(s) provided at the property are empty, guests who wish to use the grill will need to obtain a refill or exchange from a local propane vendor during their stay.
