About the neighborhood
Aloha sits in the heart of Washington County, midway between Beaverton and Hillsboro, with one of Intel's Oregon campuses within walking distance of the property — a rare advantage for business travelers that's hard to match anywhere else in the area. Nike's world headquarters is about 10 minutes away, and the Farmington Road corridor puts grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants within easy reach in multiple directions. For time outside the office, Tualatin Hills Nature Park offers miles of forested trails and one of the best urban nature escapes in the Portland metro. Cooper Mountain Nature Park to the south is worth the short drive for wildflower season and panoramic valley views. Washington Square Mall covers shopping and dining when you want more options under one roof. Downtown Beaverton's restaurant scene is about 10 minutes east, and downtown Portland is 25–30 minutes via US-26. The Oregon Coast is just over an hour west, and Mt. Hood is roughly the same distance east — making this a strong base for weekend day trips in either direction.

Getting around
A car is the most convenient way to get around Aloha and the broader Washington County area, and the location delivers well on that front. Tualatin Valley Highway (TV Hwy / OR-8) is the main east-west corridor through the neighborhood, putting Beaverton, Hillsboro, and everyday conveniences within easy reach in both directions. US-26 (Sunset Highway) connects quickly to downtown Portland — typically 25–30 minutes without traffic — and to Washington Square and the broader westside. The Oregon Coast and Mt. Hood are both just over an hour away for day trips. For car-free days, the MAX Blue and Red Lines run through neighboring Beaverton with service to downtown Portland, the Lloyd District, and Portland International Airport. The closest MAX stations to Aloha are Elmonica/SW 170th Ave and Quatama/SW 206th Ave — both on the Blue Line with park-and-ride availability. The Beaverton Creek station is also nearby and sits close to the Nike World Campus, making it a practical option for guests commuting to that campus specifically. Lyft and Uber are available throughout the area. Parking is available on the property — please confirm the number of spaces in your check-in instructions.
