Kitchen: Cook a delicious meal in our fully stocked kitchen, complete with modern appliances, dishware, and a wine key for a relaxing evening. Important House Rules & Information Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM No smoking, parties, or large gatherings. Pet friendly! Up to two dogs are welcome (under 50 lbs.), they must be on a leash when outside. Booking guest must be 25+ years old. Parking: One vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway. Note: Street parking is prohibited from November to March. Please Note: This is the lower-level unit of a home, and the owner lives in the upstairs unit and has 2 dogs. The property requires stairs to enter. Your safety is important, and there are six exterior security cameras that are outward-facing only.
