Please note that while the property is riverfront, the home sits atop a hill above the river. Access to the Betsie River is via a fairly steep staircase followed by a boardwalk through the wetlands before reaching the riverbank. The walk is well worth it, but guests with limited mobility should be aware of the terrain. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the location—snowmobile trails are just two blocks away, and Crystal Mountain is about a mile down the road. You’re also close to unique local attractions like Iron Fish Distillery, Michigan Legacy Art Park, St. Ambrose Cellars, Crystal Lake Golf, and more.
