The spacious kitchen and dining area open to the patio, making meals and time together easy and relaxed. Pets are welcome with an additional fee. Outside is where this retreat truly shines—unwind in the in-ground hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or relax under the covered patio while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed and private balcony, perfect for morning coffee with a view. This home is tucked away in a quiet, wooded residential area just outside downtown Boone. The neighborhood offers a peaceful mountain feel with minimal traffic and plenty of privacy, making it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Despite the secluded setting, you’re only minutes from Appalachian State University, downtown Boone’s shops and restaurants, and easy drives to Blowing Rock, hiking trails, and Blue Ridge Parkway overlooks. It’s the perfect balance of nature and convenience.

Getting around

A car is recommended for getting around the area. Downtown Boone is about a 10–15 minute drive, with quick access to grocery stores, dining, and local attractions. Blowing Rock is approximately 15–20 minutes away, and Banner Elk is about 30 minutes. In winter months, AWD or 4WD is recommended due to mountain roads and occasional snow.
