With mountain views, a furnished porch, Blackstone grill, dedicated workspace, and easy access to the Yellowstone River and some of southwest Montana's best outdoor recreation, this is a comfortable home base for two looking to explore the area. Spend your mornings enjoying coffee on the porch before heading into downtown Livingston to discover local restaurants, galleries, shops, and the town's thriving arts scene. Anglers will appreciate being close to renowned trout fishing, while hiking, skiing, hot springs, and endless opportunities to explore Montana are all within driving distance. Yellowstone National Park is approximately 65 miles away for an unforgettable day trip. The home The upstairs apartment offers a comfortable living space with a Smart TV, dining island, free Wi-Fi, and a laptop-friendly workspace for guests who need to stay connected while traveling. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, glass cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and air fryer/toaster oven, along with cookware, dishes, and everyday essentials for preparing meals at home. Outside, relax on the furnished porch and take in the mountain views or prepare dinner on the Blackstone grill. Propane and charcoal are provided. Sleeping arrangements The lofted bedroom is located on the second floor and features a queen bed. A twin air mattress is also available for additional sleeping space. The full bathroom features a walk-in shower, and linens and towels are provided. Additional amenities The apartment includes central air conditioning and heat, a ceiling fan, washer and dryer, hair dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Parking One vehicle can be parked in the right side of the driveway. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Good to know The homeowner lives on-site in the main house and shares the driveway, so you may see them during your stay. A pottery studio and storefront are also located on the property. This is a two-story apartment. Guests must climb approximately 15 steps to enter the home, and additional interior stairs are required to reach the lofted bedroom. For your security, the property has two exterior Ring cameras. One is located at the main house's front door and faces the entryway, and the second is located at the pottery studio doors and faces the front entryway. The cameras do not view any interior spaces and may record video and audio when activated by motion or use of the doorbell. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
