This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the gated driveway entrance overlooking the driveway, another camera is located on the house overlooking the driveway, and the third camera is under deck aimed at the entrance door to the crawl space. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video, but are off while guests are present 4WD is required for winter months (Nov - March).
