A lower-level den with a desk makes an easy workspace, and the basement has a washer/dryer plus a treadmill and elliptical. Free parking on a private driveway, a short drive to the airport and expressways. You’ll be on a quiet circle in Chili, a friendly suburb just southwest of Rochester. You get the calm of a residential street and still have groceries, restaurants and the airport close by.
