About the neighborhood
We are on a very quiet street within Brian Head City limits. Very close to the ski/snowboard lodge, lifts, & rentals. In winter, are located close to snowmobile rentals, groomed trails, and tours. We have close by tubing hills, ice skating, small resort stores for grocery, souvenirs, clothing & equipment, & a variety of restaurants. In summer and fall, Brian Head offers ATV/UTV trails & rentals. Places for bike rentals, and lifts to take you up so you can ride miles of trails. There are walking trails, that are paved and others that are dirt but maintained well so you won't get lost. There is a City Park for recreation with recreation activities. Such as: playground, pickleball, basketball, tetherball, volleyball, & 4-Square. There is a Brian Head pond close by for fishing, kayaking and walking around the perimeter on a paved trail. Close by is Cedar Breaks, Mammoth Creek, Pangwitch Lake, & Parawon. Further places to explore are Mammoth Caves, Duck Creek, & Bryce Canyon.
