About the neighborhood
Located in the heart of Miami’s vibrant Brickell district, The Club at Brickell Bay offers the perfect balance of city energy and waterfront relaxation. Set just one block from Biscayne Bay, the building sits on a quiet residential street while still being steps away from Brickell’s best restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The area is one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods, making it easy to explore on foot.
The Club at Brickell Bay is a 43-story residential tower with resort-style amenities designed for comfort and convenience. Residents and guests enjoy two swimming pools including a heated lap pool, a large sun deck with lounge chairs, a hot tub, outdoor grilling areas, and beautifully maintained tropical landscaping. The building also features a fully equipped fitness center, sauna and spa facilities, a club room, media room, business center, and 24-hour concierge and security. Secure garage parking and valet services are available as well. Many residences include private balconies with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, the Miami skyline, or the city lights of Brickell.
While the building itself focuses on residential comfort rather than on-site restaurants, you are surrounded by some of Miami’s best dining just steps away. Within a short walk you will find popular spots such as Pura Vida Miami, Coyo Taco, North Italia, Komodo, La Mar by Gastón Acurio at the Mandarin Oriental, and several waterfront cafés perfect for brunch or sunset cocktails. Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village are only a few blocks away and offer dozens of restaurants, rooftop bars, luxury boutiques, coffee shops, and entertainment options.
The nearby Brickell Bay waterfront promenade is perfect for morning walks, jogging, or enjoying beautiful views of the bay. Bayfront Park, the Kaseya Center (home of the Miami Heat and major concerts), the Pérez Art Museum, and the Frost Science Museum are just minutes away. For those looking to explore further, Miami Beach, Wynwood’s famous street art district, and Coconut Grove are all a short drive from the building.
Transportation is also very convenient. The free Metromover station is within walking distance and connects you to the Financial District, Downtown Miami, and the Brightline train station. Miami International Airport is about 15–20 minutes away depending on traffic.
With its central location, excellent amenities, and easy access to everything Miami has to offer, The Club at Brickell Bay is a favorite destination for travelers looking to experience the best of the Brickell lifestyle.
