Inside, the home features a full kitchen with a wet bar, a Ping-Pong table for some friendly competition, and cozy living spaces perfect for making memories. Watch for bald eagles soaring overhead or fish for bass right off your dock. Nearby Attractions: Just 15 miles from Lake Anna State Park, you’ll find plenty of hiking, swimming, and pier fishing options. The charming town of Mineral is a short drive away and offers cider tastings at Coyote Hole Cidery, local wines at Lake Anna Winery, and craft brews at Cooling Pond Brewery. Things to Note: - Guests must bring their own chairs for the dock (no permanent seating). - One dog (max 100 lbs) allowed with nightly fee. - Free WiFi and parking for up to 5 vehicles. - Septic system located on the front lawn—please do not drive or park there. - Ping-Pong table and wet bar included. - Guests must have a Virginia Boater Safety License to operate motorized watercraft. - Virginia Fishing License required for fishing. - A neighborhood boat launch is available at no charge (details in the guest binder). - The community pool and tennis courts are not available to guests. - Occasionally, harmful algae blooms may affect the lake
