Escape to the shores of Norris Lake at Peck’s Perch, a spacious, pet-friendly retreat designed for large groups and outdoor enthusiasts. Nestled right on the water and 3 minutes away from the Flat Hollow Marina, this is your ultimate home base for boating, hiking, and sunset chasing. This is a rustic-chic cabin perched high up overlooking beautiful Norris Lake. The dock is a few flights down to the refreshing water where you will find a covered double boat dock with attached slide and sun umbrella to beat the heat. This is perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying a picnic, and swimming all day long. You will also be allowed to access the dock’s amenities. There you can utilize two full sized-kayaks, life-vests, and other floating equipment for your day on the dock. Please note that the dock is on the back of the property down the driveway behind the house, we are in the process of updating our bottom deck steps. Please read and abide by all posted signs for your safety and enjoyment. We ask that you bring your own crate and keep your pups kenneled when left unattended. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Please respect our neighbors).
