The main-floor primary bedroom features a queen bed with a Leesa memory foam mattress and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, a second bedroom offers a queen bed with a Posturepedic mattress, while a third bedroom has two twin beds, also with Posturepedic mattresses. The daylight basement serves as a dedicated media room with two sleeper sofas, one queen and one twin, making it a fun spot for kids and additional guests. A rollaway twin bed provides another sleeping option. The home includes two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, making it easier for larger groups to get ready and enjoy their time together. The beautiful kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to relaxed dinners with family and friends. Quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, and a natural gas stove and oven create a functional and welcoming space for preparing meals. The new GE refrigerator features an ice maker and water dispenser, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, a dishwasher, and a microwave. After dinner, gather in the living room or downstairs media room to watch a movie beside one of the home’s two gas fireplaces, challenge the family to an Xbox game, or settle in for a board game together. Outdoor living is a highlight at Beach Vibes. The private backyard is reserved for your group and offers space to relax, dine, and enjoy the coastal air. Soak in the hot tub, fire up the new Weber gas grill, or share an outdoor meal at the dining table with seating for six. A private fire pit surrounded by six Adirondack chairs sets the scene for evening conversations and s’mores under the coastal sky. The front porch and back deck offer additional places to unwind, and the outdoor hose with hot and cold water makes rinsing off after a sandy beach day convenient. Beach chairs and sand toys are also provided to help make your time at the coast even easier. Beach Vibes is also well equipped for guests who need to stay connected. Each bedroom has a desk, and the separate office above the garage provides another dedicated workspace along with a fold-out sofa bed. High-speed internet throughout the home is supported by a mesh network, making it convenient to work remotely during the week and transition into vacation mode when the laptop closes. Fresh linens, comfortable mattresses, and practical amenities help make longer stays feel just as welcoming as a weekend getaway. The home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests and three vehicles. Parking is available in the garage, which has an open garage door, and on the two designated parking pad spaces. The garage is suitable for one compact car, so please plan accordingly and carpool when possible. Street parking is strictly prohibited. The office above the garage is available for guest use during your stay. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the pools or hot tubs, or inside the home. Please note that the property is no longer pet-friendly as of September 20; reservations made before that date should confirm any applicable pet arrangements and fees with the host. Every effort is made to keep the hot tub operational, although occasional issues outside the host’s control may occur. Olivia Beach offers a welcoming coastal community setting with shared recreation spaces and convenient access to the sand. The beach is approximately a five-minute walk away, making it easy to head out for a morning stroll, spend the afternoon exploring tide pools, or return home to warm up after a breezy day by the ocean. Within the community, guests can enjoy a seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool with a deck overlooking the Pacific, generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, along with a year-round fitness center available 24 hours a day. These shared amenities offer additional ways to enjoy your stay beyond the comforts of the home itself. Beach Vibes is conveniently located between Chinook Winds Casino, downtown Lincoln City, and Devil’s Lake, each accessible in approximately five minutes by car. Explore local shops, restaurants, galleries, and coastal viewpoints throughout Lincoln City, or spend time at Devil’s Lake enjoying the surrounding scenery and outdoor recreation. The Lincoln City Outlets are about an eight-minute drive away, offering a convenient stop for shopping during your stay. For a scenic day trip, head south along Highway 101 for approximately 15 minutes to reach the Salishan area, known for its golf course, spa, and beautiful coastal surroundings.
