A ten minute drive around the beautiful lake will take you to the charming shops, art galleries, and restaurants of downtown Joseph.

The outdoor space is partially shared with the neighboring home, which is also a short-term rental. There is no fence separating the properties, and the designated yard area for this home is limited to a small section closest to the house (approximately 6 feet out). We kindly ask guests to be respectful of the neighboring property and avoid using their yard space.
A beautiful river runs near the property, creating a relaxing and natural backdrop to your stay. The home also features a small deck to take in the surroundings, though it is not equipped with a railing. For safety, we recommend close supervision of children at all times.

About the neighborhood
The property includes a small stream, direct river access and is right next to the state park which has a great playground for children. There is a grassy area between the house and the river for relaxing or playing. The lawn to the side of the house belongs to the residence next door, please respect the property boundary.

Getting around
The home is at the end of a dead end street and has a very large parking area. This area is very walkable and great for riding bikes. Within a half a mile you will find mini golf, a small store and restaurant, quaint alpine shops, the base of the Tramway, horseback riding, and access to Wallowa Lake.
