About the neighborhood

The house is in the quiet North end of Sunriver. The Deschutes is right behind the house. Set back from the bike path and river with Cardinal Landing Bridge a short walk away with quick access to forest, walking and mountain bike paths. The house is on the cul de sac which makes little kid bike riding an activity that is easily accessible and monitor-able.

Getting around

Bike paths along the river are right outside the back door. Access to the SHARC and village are a car ride or long bike ride. 20 minutes from Bend. **Bring your own helmets** We cannot supply helmets, due to the fact we cannot certify the structural integrity of the helmets.
