About the neighborhood

This home is located in Sagle, incredibly close to nearby amenities. Drive to downtown Sandpoint in just 10 minutes; walk just over 5 minutes to a public dock and nature area at the Waterlife Discovery Center; drive just 5 minutes up the road to Springy Point day use campground and beach; or drive 30 minutes to Schweitzer Mountain Resort. The property overlooks Murphy Bay and the Selkirk Mountains to the north. To the south, the property has views of Gold Mountain.

Getting around

The property is up a gravel road and we highly recommend AWD/4WD during the winter. Most amenities are only a short drive away, but guests are welcome to walk around the neighborhood. There are 2 covered parking spots in the garage as well as 3 outdoor parking spots.
